Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, account identifier, and authentication information managed by our account provider.
- Assessment and product information: assessment answers, Freedom Score, recommendations, personalized plans, System ownership, and progress.
- Purchase information: product purchased, payment status, transaction identifiers, and access-confirmation details. Global Freedom Score does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
- Support information: information you provide when contacting support.
- Technical information: limited request, error, security, and usage data needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, calculate and restore assessment results, personalize plans, provide purchased access, track progress, process and confirm payments, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the application, including Supabase for authentication and customer data, Stripe for payments, and Netlify for hosting and serverless functions. These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms. External resource links may lead to separate third-party services with their own privacy practices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the service, when you direct us to do so, to protect the service or users, or when required by law. Affiliate or referral compensation does not give a third party access to your Global Freedom Score account data unless you separately interact with that third party.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide account access, preserve purchases and progress, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may update certain account information, sign out, or request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information through Support / Contact. Some purchase, security, or legal records may need to be retained. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
Children
Global Freedom Score is intended for adults planning or purchasing relocation resources. We do not knowingly request that children create accounts or submit personal information directly.
International use and changes
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change and will revise the effective date for material updates.
