Why purchases are final
Global Freedom Score products provide digital account access and downloadable or immediately accessible resources. Because access is delivered electronically after successful payment, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations after purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Before you purchase
The purchase-options page displays the product, included Systems, price, and ownership-adjusted options before Checkout. You must affirmatively acknowledge this policy before a Checkout button becomes available. Please review the product description and ask any questions through Support / Contact before purchasing.
Duplicate access
The application checks account ownership and adjusts purchase options to avoid charging for Systems already owned. Sign in to the correct account before purchase so ownership can be recognized.
Technical access problems
A technical access problem does not automatically create a refund right. Contact Support so we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore access to a valid purchase. This policy does not limit any legal right or remedy that cannot be excluded.
Unauthorized or incorrect charges
If you believe a charge was unauthorized or the wrong product was delivered, contact Support promptly with the email address used for purchase and the product name. Do not include complete payment-card details.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right, that law controls.
