By accessing or using Global Freedom Score, creating an account, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, All Sales Final / No Refunds Policy, and Disclaimer / Disclosures. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase through the service.
Educational digital products
Global Freedom Score provides educational and informational resources intended to help users organize relocation research and next steps. It does not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, investment, medical, insurance, employment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for verifying important information and deciding whether any resource or action is appropriate for you.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and promptly notifying us through the Support page if you suspect unauthorized access. Access is personal to the purchasing account and may not be resold, shared, copied, or distributed.
Purchases and final-sale policy
Prices and included Systems are displayed before purchase. Access is granted to the account connected to the completed payment. You must review and acknowledge the final-sale policy before proceeding to secure checkout. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Permitted use
You may use purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial planning. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, remove ownership notices from, or create competing products from Global Freedom Score content, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Purchased access will remain subject to these Terms and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Freedom Score is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from reliance on educational content, third-party resources, or decisions made using the service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
